Courage Is Not The Absence of Fear

On October 26, something surreal will happen to me that I want you to know about... My book, which I’ve worked so hard on, will finally be published. Plus, I’ll have the profound joy of gathering with friends and family for a Launch Party to celebrate. You’re invited!

If you’d told me twenty years ago that I’d be a life coach in my 60s, writing books and helping women realize their dreams, I’m not sure I would have believed you. The truth is, my self-doubt catches up with me all the time. My fear can be a real monster. But I’ve learned how to lean into my fear, give it a name, look it in the face, and still take action.

That’s what I do. And that’s why (and how) I wrote this book. I want to share my journey from there to here. My hope is that the lessons I’ve learned will help you take the next courageous steps in your own life. For that, I’ve had to dig deep and allow myself to be vulnerable.

My book shares what I’ve learned, sure.

But it also shares how I felt… and what I’ve learned from THAT.

Courage Rises delves into living with depression, taking big leaps in my career, finding love, battling breast cancer, putting “retirement” in quotations and the thing that scares me the most.

NOTE: This is not a memoir!

I’ve transformed everything into practical steps that you can truly begin applying to your own life. You’ll learn how to define the life you truly want and be able to create a real plan for getting there. You’ll gain tools that will help you lean into your fears and let your own courage rise.

I hope you’re as excited about this new book as I am. I’d love to have you join my Launch Party on October 26. Yes, you! Really! If you’re not in the Phoenix area, you can even join on Zoom.

And if you’re interested in checking out Courage Rises when it comes out, it will be available in print or digital copies. Join the Courage Convergence to get notified as soon as it’s available!
